Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items that meet our return criteria:
- Items must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging and labels intact
- Proof of purchase required
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products with broken seals
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions
- Items showing signs of use
Return by Mail
Follow these steps to return items by mail:
Email shop@avantderm.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for approval and shipping instructions
Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
Include your order confirmation or invoice
Receive email confirmation once return is processed
Return In Person
Visit our clinic for immediate return processing:
- Bring your item(s) and order confirmation email
- No prior approval needed for in-person returns
- Immediate processing and refund confirmation
