Yes! We offer complimentary skincare consultations to all our patients. Our trained medical estheticians will be happy to guide you through product recommendations tailored to your skin type and concerns. Consultations are available in person and scheduled whenever it is most convenient for you.

Currently, we only ship to locations within Canada.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing:
- Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days
- Express shipping arrives in 1–2 business days
Deliveries are handled by Canada Post or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on Canada Post’s website to monitor your package in real-time.
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Return Policy for complete details.
If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us at shop@avantderm.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to assist you.
Our skincare products are Dermatologist-selected and meet the highest standards for clinical skincare. Many of them are medical-grade and may only be available through physician-directed channels like ours. Some are not medical grade but Dermatologist approved!
