Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Return by Mail

Email shop@avantderm.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will send instructions for shipping your return
  • Pack items securely (preferably in original packaging) and include your order confirmation or invoice
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the refund status

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

For returns of items that originally received free shipping, standard shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection.

Exchanges

For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs on replacement items.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Allergic Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please contact us at shop@avantderm.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll assist with a return or exchange where appropriate.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@avantderm.com with your order number and photos if possible. We'll make it right.

Return Validation

All returns are subject to validation and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns at our sole discretion.
